When will my order ship and how long will delivery take?
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and production before your order ships, and then expect delivery in approximately 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes—you can cancel your order at no penalty within 24 hours of placing it. Once your item has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you notice an error in your address, reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours with the correct information. We can update the address only within that time frame.
What shipping methods and rates do you offer?
We provide a single Standard Shipping option, free of charge worldwide, with an average delivery time of 2–5 business days.
How do I request a return?
You have 30 days from receipt to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, email support@shoppixstore.com; we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Which items are not eligible for return?
Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Contact support if you’re unsure about your item.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be notified of approval. Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days pass without a refund, please contact support@shoppixstore.com.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll evaluate and send a replacement free of charge.
